  • Assembling keyword, backlink, and content audits.
  • Communicating regularly with customers in our dashboard.
  • Being a part of the customer feedback loop, informing team members of service change requests, and customer service needs.
  • Ensuring clients understand work carried out and are pleased with it.

Project Manager

  • Orchestrating the entire client relationship from the inception of the project to its culmination.
  • Aligning client anticipations seamlessly with the finalized scope of work.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients through phone and email, discussing strategies, securing approvals, analyzing metrics, and presenting reports. While on-site visits aren’t necessary, adeptness in conducting video and telephonic conferences is indispensable.

SEO Planner

  • Overseeing the complete client experience from the initiation of the project until its successful conclusion.
  • Ensuring that client’s aspirations align perfectly with the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • Engaging frequently with clients via phone and email to deliberate on strategy, obtain approvals, interpret analytics, and furnish reports. While physical meetings aren’t mandatory, expertise in leading video and telephonic conversations is essential.
