Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services (SEO, web development, strategy planning, ads setup, and automation), refunds are granted under the following conditions:
If work has not yet started on your project within 3 business days of payment.
If you cancel a recurring service within the first 7 days of your subscription renewal.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal constraints or project misalignment.
Non-Refundable Cases
If any work has already been started or partially delivered.
If you change your mind after the project is underway.
If delays occur due to lack of client response, access, or communication.
For completed strategy sessions, audits, or consultation calls.
For digital products (like downloadable resources, templates, or toolkits).
