You are on wholesale rates and buy per order rather than on a monthly retainer, with volume tiers counted across your whole client book instead of per client. Tell us how you sell and we will go through the numbers with you properly.
Neither. No monthly minimum and no contract term, so a quiet month costs you nothing. Individual services have their own smallest sensible unit, and we will tell you what those are before you quote anything.
They can find this page, and they will see retail pricing on it, which is what an end client buying direct would pay. Wholesale rates are never published anywhere on this site. They are discussed with you directly. That is deliberate: a public wholesale price undercuts the number you quoted, and it is your margin it comes out of.
No setup fees and no contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel, pause, or change tiers at any time. Every link you've paid for is yours to keep permanently.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. Just message your account manager.

Links placed during your active subscription are replaced at no cost within the first 90 days. After that, individual replacement pricing applies. The links are permanently placed on the publication, not rented.
